DoD Issues Final Rule to Update DFARS Clause on Royalty Reporting

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to update a DFARS clause, clarifying instructions for contracting officers when completing the clause, following recommendations from the Regulatory Reform Task Force.
