DoD Repeals DFARS Clause on Returnable Containers

The US Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to repeal a clause from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) that is no longer necessary, as part of its efforts to streamline regulations. The clause in question, related to the return of containers other than cylinders, has been removed from the DFARS.
