DoD Updates Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals Charter

The US Department of Defense is issuing an updated charter for the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA), which will serve as the authorized representative for the Secretary of Defense and the Secretaries of the Army, Navy, and Air Force in hearing and determining contractor appeals related to contract disputes under the Contract Disputes Act of 1978.
