Amendment of Class E Airspace; Mattoon/Charleston, IL; and Revocation of Class E Airspace; Monticello, IL

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has amended Class E airspace at Coles County Memorial Airport in Mattoon/Charleston, IL, and revoked it at Piatt County Airport in Monticello, IL, due to the decommissioning of a VOR navigation aid and airport closure. This redesign aims to improve safety for IFR operations at Coles County Memorial Airport.
