FSIS to Require Nutrition Labeling on Meat and Poultry Products
The Food Safety and Inspection Service is updating its regulations to require nutrition labeling on single-ingredient meat and poultry products, as well as ground or chopped meat and poultry products, unless certain exemptions apply.
