Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Columbia River

The U.S. Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone in the Columbia River, near Bonneville, Oregon, to protect people, vessels, and the environment from potential hazards during salvage operations of the tugboat DIANE.
