EPA Proposes Approval and Conditional Approval of California Air Plan Revision for Imperial County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve in part and conditionally approve in part revisions to the Imperial County Air Pollution Control District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, addressing Reasonably Available Control Technology requirements for the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard and negative declarations for several source categories.
