Atlantic Highly Migratory Species; 2020 Atlantic Shark Commercial Fishing Year Proposed Rule

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) proposes to adjust quotas and retention limits for the 2020 Atlantic commercial shark fishing year, as well as establish opening dates, in an effort to provide fishing opportunities for commercial shark fishermen in all regions and areas.
