EPA Deletes Intermountain Waste Oil Refinery Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 8 has announced the deletion of the Intermountain Waste Oil Refinery Superfund Site in Bountiful, Utah, from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
