EPA Proposes Approval of California Air Quality Rule Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the South Coast Air Quality Management District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, which affects the permitting of stationary sources and major modifications under the Clean Air Act.
