NIH Modifies System of Records to Allow Disclosure of Information to Applicant Organizations

The Department of Health and Human Services is updating a system of records to allow the National Institutes of Health to share information with applicant organizations to discuss agency award programs, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
