Public Comment Period Opened for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Catamaran Vessel AMA

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to waive the coastwise trade laws for a catamaran vessel, allowing it to carry up to 12 passengers for hire, provided it is at least three years old. The vessel, AMA, is described below.
