EPA Approves Indiana's State Implementation Plan for Morgan County Sulfur Dioxide Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision for Indiana's Morgan County sulfur dioxide nonattainment area, demonstrating that the state has met the requirements to achieve the 2010 National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) in the area by the applicable attainment date.
