EPA Announces Guidance for Superfund Grants to States and Tribes for Fiscal Year 2020

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing guidance to states and tribes on how to apply for $1 million or less in Superfund grants to establish and enhance response programs for contaminated sites, as part of the $50 million noncompetitive grant program authorized by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
