NPS Determines Obed Wild and Scenic River Lands Do Not Meet Wilderness Criteria

The National Park Service has completed a Wilderness Eligibility Assessment for Obed Wild and Scenic River, concluding that the lands do not meet the criteria for preservation as wilderness due to their size and development status.
