U.S. Copyright Office Issues Regulations for Blanket License for Digital Music Uses

The U.S. Copyright Office is seeking public comment on implementing regulations for the blanket license for digital music uses under the Musical Works Modernization Act, which will become available on January 1, 2021, allowing digital music providers to obtain a compulsory license to make and deliver digital phonorecords of musical works.
