US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds CASTR from Taiwan Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that threaded rod made from carbon and alloy steel imported from Taiwan is being sold in the US at a price lower than its fair market value, based on sales data from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. Interested parties can now comment on this preliminary finding.
