DoD Proposes Amendment to DFARS to Exempt Certain Follow-On Production Contracts from Competition

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 that modifies the criteria required to exempt from competition certain follow-on production contracts.
