NOAA Designates Mallows Bay-Potomac River National Marine Sanctuary

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) announced that the Mallows Bay-Potomac River National Marine Sanctuary (MPNMS) became effective on September 3, 2019, following the publication of its designation and final regulations on July 8, 2019.
