CMS Corrects Rules on Appeals Council Review Process

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has corrected its rules regarding the Appeals Council review process, reducing the time frame for requesting review from 30 days to 14 business days, as previously finalized in July 2018.
