EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Plans for Delaware and Lebanon Counties

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Pennsylvania's redesignation requests for Delaware and Lebanon counties to attainment status for the 2012 annual fine particulate matter national ambient air quality standards, removing the need for a nonattainment new source review permitting program.
