OFR to Publish Documents During Funding Hiatus, Agencies to Certify Documents Under Antideficiency Act

In the event of an appropriations lapse, the Office of the Federal Register will publish documents related to government functions necessary to address imminent threats or funded programs, with agencies responsible for certifying their documents meet Antideficiency Act requirements.
