Pipeline Safety: Enhanced Emergency Order Procedures

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has issued a final rule implementing emergency order procedures to address unsafe pipeline conditions, following a public comment period that began after an interim final rule was published on October 14, 2016.
