Air Plan Approval; KY; Jefferson County Existing and New VOC Storage Vessels Rule Changes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing approval of revisions to the Kentucky State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Jefferson County, submitted by the Commonwealth of Kentucky through the Energy and Environment Cabinet, to update applicability dates and standards for volatile organic compounds (VOC) storage vessels. The changes align with the Clean Air Act (CAA) and were submitted on behalf of the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District).
