EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Implementation Plan for Beaver County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to meet the 2010 sulfur dioxide (SO2) primary national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS) in the Beaver County, Pennsylvania nonattainment area, including new emission limits for the Bruce Mansfield Power Station and a consent order with the Jewel Facility.
