Current List of HHS-Certified Laboratories and Instrumented Initial Testing Facilities Meeting Federal Workplace Drug Testing Standards

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) publishes a monthly list of laboratories and Instrumented Initial Testing Facilities (IITFs) certified to conduct urine drug testing for federal agencies, as outlined in the Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs. These certified labs and IITFs are listed on the HHS website at http://www.samhsa.gov/workplace.
