EPA, Water Conservancy District, and Guarantee Company Reach Settlement Agreement for Past Costs at State Painting Site in Utah

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, and the Guarantee Company of North America have agreed to settle liabilities at the State Painting Site in West Valley City, Utah, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980.
