DoD Final Rule Removes Regulation on Misdemeanor Investigation Program Management

The Department of Defense has removed a regulation concerning the management of the misdemeanor criminal investigation program by Department of the Army personnel, deeming it unnecessary and conveying internal Army policy and procedures.
