EPA Reopens Comment Period on Clean Air Act Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period on a proposed rule reclassifying major sources as area sources under the Clean Air Act, initially set to close on September 24, 2019, and now open until November 1, 2019.
