Extension Request for Community Services Block Grant Annual Report

The Administration of Children and Families is requesting a three-year extension with minor changes to the Community Services Block Grant Annual Report, which is set to expire on January 31, 2020. The proposed extension will support the current report format, which includes Modules 1-4 and performance management.
