Department of Homeland Security to Extend Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers Information Collection Request

The Department of Homeland Security, through U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, is seeking an additional 30 days for public comments on its Immigrant Petition for Alien Workers information collection request, which is currently undergoing review by the Office of Management and Budget.
