EPA Exempts Poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl) from Tolerance Requirement

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to LNouvel, Inc. from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl), a surfactant used in animal applications, under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
