Maine Approves Underground Storage Tank Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of the State of Maine's revised Underground Storage Tank (UST) program, which meets all requirements under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The revised program will be subject to EPA's inspection and enforcement authorities.
