NMFS Announces Final Version of Individual Bluefin Quota Program Review

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has released the final version of its three-year review of the Individual Bluefin Quota (IBQ) Program, a review mandated by the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (MSA). The review was conducted in accordance with the MSA's requirements for formal reviews of Limited Access Privilege Programs (LAPPs).
