EPA Proposes Settlement with AMD, NGC, and PSI for Vapor Intrusion Cleanup at Sunnyvale, California Site

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has entered into a proposed settlement with Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD), Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGC), and Philips Semiconductors, Inc. (PSI) to address vapor intrusion at the Offsite Operable Unit of the Triple Site in Sunnyvale, California, and to pay for EPA's cleanup costs.
