EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerances for Thiamethoxam Residues on Rice

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to use thiamethoxam on rice, resulting in the establishment of time-limited tolerances for residues of the pesticide on rice, which expire on December 31, 2024.
