US Postal Service Proposes Changes to Postage Evidencing Systems Regulations

The US Postal Service is proposing to shift the financial responsibility for returned checks and ACH debit payments from customers to the resetting company and PC Postage provider, requiring them to collect a $30 fee and remit the returned amount within 10 calendar days.
