Mississippi Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Plan Amendment Proposal

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is announcing receipt of a proposed amendment to Mississippi's Abandoned Mine Land Plan, which aims to provide limited liability protection for non-coal reclamation projects. The public can inspect the plan and submit written comments during a specified comment period.
