NYSE Arca Approves New ETF Listing on the Exchange

The NYSE Arca has granted approval for the listing and trading of the Franklin Liberty Systematic Style Premia ETF, a new exchange-traded fund (ETF) series from Franklin Templeton, under the exchange's Rule 8.600-E.
