Cboe Exchange, Inc. Proposes Rule Change Relocating Hearings and Review Process Chapter

Cboe Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the Self-Regulatory Organizations to relocate Chapter XIX of its rulebook, which governs the hearings and review process for persons aggrieved by exchange action, to proposed Chapter 15 of the shell structure for the exchange's rulebook, with immediate effectiveness.
