Medicare Program to Host Town Hall Meeting for FY 2021 Add-On Payments for New Medical Services and Technologies

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is hosting a Town Hall meeting to discuss fiscal year 2021 applications for add-on payments for new medical services and technologies under the hospital inpatient prospective payment system (IPPS). Interested parties are invited to present their comments and recommendations on whether the FY 2021 applications meet the substantial clinical improvement criterion.
