HUD Offers Expedited Relief from Public Housing and Section 8 Requirements for Families Affected by Major Disasters in CY 2019

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is providing expedited relief to public housing agencies in disaster-affected areas, allowing them to waive certain requirements and receive faster review of requests for assistance, as part of its response to Presidentially declared major disasters in CY 2019.
