Federal Maritime Commission Withdraws Proposed Rulemaking on Ocean Common Carrier and Marine Terminal Operator Agreements

The Federal Maritime Commission has withdrawn its proposed rulemaking on agreements between ocean common carriers and marine terminal operators, which was set to be finalized after public comments were received, and terminates the rulemaking proceeding.
