EPA Approves District of Columbia's Revised Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the District of Columbia's state implementation plan, which meets the requirements for controlling volatile organic compounds under the 2008 ozone national ambient air quality standard.
