NMFS Proposes Follow-on Actions for Pacific Coast Groundfish Trawl Catch Share Program

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing a range of measures to complete outstanding elements of the Pacific Coast Groundfish Trawl Catch Share Program, address problems identified after its implementation, and update outdated regulations, in accordance with Amendment 21-4 to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan.
