EPA Approves Montana State Implementation Plan Revision for Open Burning

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the State of Montana's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that removes restrictions on the open burning of asbestos and asbestos-containing materials, effective May 24, 2018.
