DHS and USCIS Invite Public Comment on Proposed Revision of Affidavit of Support Collection

The Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services are seeking public feedback on a proposed revision to the Affidavit of Support collection, which is required under Section 213A of the Act, and must comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
