US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Indian Companies Received Countervailable Subsidies on Carbon Steel Flanges

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that Norma (India) Ltd. and R.N. Gupta & Co. Ltd received countervailable subsidies on carbon steel flanges from India, and is seeking public comments on the findings, which cover the period from November 29, 2016 through December 31, 2017.
