FMCSA Seeks Public Comment on PTS Worldwide, Inc.'s Application for Hours of Service Exemption

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has announced that it has received an application from PTS Worldwide, Inc., a company that transports sensitive cargo for the Department of Defense, seeking an exemption from the hours-of-service requirement for its team drivers. The proposed exemption would allow drivers to split their required 10 hours of sleeper-berth time into segments of 4/6, 5/5, or 6/4 hours.
