NMFS to Hold Public Hearings on Proposed Rules for Humpback Whales and Killer Whales

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) will hold public hearings to discuss proposed rules for designating critical habitat for humpback whales and revising critical habitat for killer whales, with some hearings addressing both topics. The hearings are related to the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and will be held in multiple locations.
